Enjoy a seasonal heated in-ground pool, hot tub, tiki bar, putting green, fire pit, and pond for catch-and-release fishing. Inside, the game room offers Buck Hunter, classic arcade games, a 3-in-1 game table, and a 65-inch TV for fun in any weather.

Located in the Finger Lakes region, the home is just a short drive from Stony Brook State Park, Letchworth State Park, Canandaigua Lake, and Naples, NY, making it an ideal home base for hiking, wineries, and outdoor adventure.

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Hot Tub Service: The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance. After servicing, please wait 30 minutes before using the tub to allow chemicals to circulate properly.
