Staff great room spotless Only reason for not 5 stars is the air freshener that is used caused asthma. Way way way to strong . We ran air, got a fan but even when we came back from our play and dinner it was in entirely to to to strong. I ended up with almost a migraine.

The room was nice but the floor above me creeped and whoever was in there was walking back and forth all night into the early hours of the morning. I asked to change rooms but they said they were full and couldn’t so I didn’t get much sleep all weekend

Our room's fire alarm/sprinkler was hanging from wires from the ceiling. I understand renovations were taking place, but we questioned whether these worked. Also, huge piles of carpets and old furniture was stacked to one side of the parking lot.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and everything in our room appeared to be brand new. The room was very spacious including a sitting area and wet bar with mini fridge and microwave. We could stay in this room for an extended period. The staff was friendly. There is an included buffet breakfast but we didn't eat. Located right off I20 with many businesses and restaurants in the vicinity. Recommend. Would stay here again!

They are in the middle of major upgrades from the carpets to the furniture/bedding but was still quiet and a great stay. Staff is amazing and friendly. Easy access parking.

If I had known they were remodeling I would have stayed somewhere else. The hallways were dirty with remodeling trash and wood pieces and dirt. I have asthma and it was hard on me to breathe in this environment. I made the best of it and didn’t complain. I think we just came at a bad time, but still, we weren’t told about the remodel. We didn’t feel safe because the screws were missing on our door lock. It did have a clamp on the inside of door that we tried to use. Also, the air conditioner vent was very dirty. Hopefully it will be ok when the remodel is done.
