Afternoon check in is always friendly. Ive atayed 2 twice, multiple nights but turn down service never done. Had ro request fresh towels at desk. Last stay shower wasnt washed well as thre were clumps of hair om shower wall

Terrible Stay!!

Front desk attendant was very rude and not customer service oriented at all. When I got a call and the person asked to be connected to my room - the front desk person said they were unable to transfer calls.

The property is in a convenient location. Easy access to State park and dining locations. The hotel facilities though are not maintained. Gym as they claimed had a bench but no dumbells. Breakfast was included but with just bare minimum of items like cereal and waffle maker. Not worth it. Staff members had good hospitality.

This was the second time we stayed here while visiting family. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the Texas-shaped waffle is a must while in Texas. I will definitely stay here every time I have overnight trips to Mineral Wells.

Everything was in bad shape or dirty, since you first step on the hotel is a broke floor or ceiling that was damaged and carpet was awful
