Luxury Motorhome With Hot Tub and Pool

This luxury 2021 Tiffin Open Road motorhome offers a spacious, thoughtfully designed interior ideal for couples or small families. Inside, you’ll find a private master bedroom with a king bed, a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, and a dinette that converts into an additional sleeping space. The motorhome includes a full kitchen, two TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer for added comfort.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large private pool (seasonal), a heated spa (year-round), and a full outdoor kitchen equipped with a Weber grill, Big Green Egg, stove, refrigerator, and sink, along with a private outdoor shower. The property is located in a quiet residential setting designed for relaxation and privacy.

For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised at all times when using the pool, spa, and outdoor areas. Guests are expected to use all amenities responsibly and at their own discretion.

Guests have full and private access to the luxury motorhome, including the master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area, washer/dryer, and 2 TVs. Outside, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the 40' pool, heated spa, outdoor kitchen (Weber grill, Green Egg, stove, fridge, sink), and outdoor shower. Parking is available on the driveway. The main residence is not accessible.

The RV has steps leading in and out—use extra care when entering or exiting, especially at night or in wet conditions.

Quiet, family-oriented suburban neighborhood within Weatherford city limits. Short drives bring you to Weatherford ISD schools, neighborhood parks and green space, grocery and retail corridors along S. Main/US‑180, and the compact historic downtown with restaurants, antique shops and the long-running First Monday Trade Days market.

The area is car-centric — most guests will rely on a rental car or rideshare. Surface streets in the subdivision are walkable for short neighborhood trips, but sidewalks and pedestrian infrastructure vary. Limited local public transit exists; regional bus service is minimal. For shopping, dining and attractions plan short drives (5–15 minutes) to central commercial corridors and 10–20 minutes to downtown Weatherford.

This is a stationary (non-drivable) motorhome experience located on a private residential property—not a campsite or RV park.

Guests will have full privacy within the motorhome and designated outdoor areas. The main home on the property is nearby and occupied by the host’s family.

If arriving after dark, please use caution when entering the property, as driveway lighting is limited and visibility may be reduced. The motorhome has steps for entry and exit—please take extra care, especially at night or during wet conditions.

Pool and spa hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The pool is available seasonally from May through September. The pool is not heated. The spa is available and heated year-round.

This stay is best suited for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking a quiet and relaxing retreat. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

No pets are allowed. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Unapproved visitors are not permitted.
