Looking for a unique property on a county setting yet close to city amenities? Welcome to The Lonely Bull--a Luxury 40-foot Shipping Container Home on 5 acres! Spend the summer days lounging on the rooftop deck and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub at night. The home is centrally located 15 minutes from both Historic Downtown Weatherford and Granbury, and being just 10 minutes from I20 makes traveling easy!
PLEASE NOTE: The Lonely Bull is one of 2 units on the property. The other unit for rent is "The Tiny 'Tainer" (20-foot container, sleeps 2).
Though it's a tiny house, you'll find The Lonely Bull to be quite roomy inside! There is a living area with electric fireplace; a kitchenette with a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, and mini-fridge; a bathroom with full-size shower; and one private bedroom. This unit can sleep up to 3 guests. The bedroom hosts a queen-size bed, and the couch in the living area pulls out to sleep one additional guest. The outdoor hot tub is available for use year-round.
There is currently one other unit for rent on the property, so it's possible that there will be two parties visiting at the same time. Outside, there is a common area available for all guests to share the amenities. Guests can play volleyball/badminton/pickleball or cornhole, grill up some burgers and enjoy each other's company at the table under the pergola, or roast some s'mores at the fire pit!
Guests are free to explore the full property but are strictly prohibited from trespassing on the other unit that is not part of their reservation.
Please use caution when walking around the premises as there may be venomous snakes, fire ants, scorpions, wild hogs and other wildlife on the property at any time.
Prior to the reservation date, guests will receive codes for the entrance gate and to unlock the front door of the house.

We do not currently provide firewood for the fire pit, but it can be purchased at several local stores. We ask guests not to cut trees from the property to use for firewood.
Free Wi-Fi is offered to all guests. TVs are equipped with FireTV, but guests must use their own personal account to login to the streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. Guests are responsible for logging out of all accounts prior to check-out.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Weatherford cabin is smoke free.
