"Ich möchte Herrn Hayder und Herrn Mettke meinen aufrichtigen Dank aussprechen. Ihre professionelle und freundliche Art hat meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Ich bin bereits das 4. Mal in diesem Jahr in diesem Hotel und muss sagen der exzellente Service immer wieder mich beeindruckt. An meinem Geburtstag wurde bis ins kleinste Detail wert gelegt und ein phänomenales Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke nochmals! Ich werde immer wieder sehr gerne bei Ihnen im Hotel übernachten. Zimmer, Hotel, Badebereich mit Zugang zum See top, Personal und Service extreme Unterschiede, von unfreundlicher, schlechter Service (kaum Nachfragen, lange Wartezeiten, falsches Essen, viel teurer Wein ohne Transparenz als Ersatz gebracht, etc.) bis sehr freundlich und unterstützend - in einem solchen Haus, sollte die Servicequalität nicht solche Schwankungen aufweisen. Die Speisekarte fanden wir sehr beschränkt, vor allem für Mittag und Abendessen identisch. Wenn man mehrere Tag da ist, ist das ohne Auswärtsessen nicht aushaltbar. Gerne auch 1-2 saisonale wechselnde Menüs pro Tag, das würde hier schon sehr helfen.
