Visiting friends

Good hotel and location. Only issues were: - Fridge not working - understand that there is no longer a mini bar but it would have been nice to be able to turn on fridge as it was very hot during our stay. - Wifi is very poor, and unless you joined the club you have to pay. Poor for a hotel this size and star rating. - Over run by cyclists who brought their bicycles in to the hotel!! They filled the reception area with their bicycles and seriously inconvenienced other guests. No action by hotel staff. They blocked the entrance with their transport so that any other cars could not access - which meant turning and stopping in a very busy road. - Supplies in room very variable - I had to go to reception for soap!

Das Leonardo ist an sich wirklich toll, aber dass noch gar nichts auf hat… kein Pool, keine Sauna, kein Bowling, kein Restaurant… das hat mich sehr geschockt und traurig gemacht. Und meine Kinder auch. Überall ist alles wieder geöffnet, nur in diesem Hotel nicht. Da hätten wir auch ein anderes buchen können.

Enttäuscht

Pros: Das Hotel liegt eigentlich sehr gut und ruhig. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt mit den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons: Gemütlichere Sitzmöbel im Bar-Bereich anschaffen. So ungemütlich und schlecht habe ich selten gesessen

Location: Zwischen Weimar Innenstadt und Schloss Belvedere an einem großen Park. Schön gelegen

Ich habe schon in einige Leonardo-Hotels übernachtet. Aber dieses gehört nicht zu den besseren. Schon beim Einchecken muss die Rechnung bezahlt werden. Diese wird einem aber nicht ausgehändigt. Eine Reklamation nach der Reise bewirkte dann, dass eine "Rechnungs-Kopie" per Mail geschickt wurde, auf der auch noch Restaurant-Posten eines anderen Gastes vermerkt waren. Obwohl (aber das betrifft einige Hotels auch) darauf hingewiesen wird, Handtücher, die gewechselt werden sollen auf dem Boden platziert werden sollen, werden auch andere Handtücher entfernt, ohne neue aufzuhängen. Ich habe den Eindruck gewonnen, dass das Personal in Weimar nicht wirklich weiß, was es tut.

Sie können mich gern kontaktieren. Zustand Badezimmer Frühstück ist eine Massenabfertigung Aussage Baroersonal: Nüsse wurden nicht geliefert. Man musste sich Knabberzeug selbst am Automaten holen

Pros: Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer, Wasserkocher und etwas löslicher Kaffee bzw. Tee

Cons: WLAN-Verbindung stabilisieren

Location: Der Park an der Ilm liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, zur Altstadt fährt ein Bus ca. 3 Stationen, sonst ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg,

... sowohl im Stil als auch in der Ausstattung. Alles nicht ganz 4 Sterne. Das WLAN ist nicht dauerhaft verfügbar. Die Ausstattung ist im Doppelzimmer ist nicht für zwei Personen ausgerichtet (Sessel, Kofferablage)

Cons: Den Teppichboden auch unter dem Bett saugen

Das Personal handelte professionell a Jedoch nicht herzlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, bis unter dem Bett. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.
