The quietly situated vacation apartment Silvia is located in the village of Weißensberg, only 10 minutes by car from the island town of Lindau on Lake Constance (5 km to the harbor). It was completely modernized and newly furnished in 2021. The bright 42 m² apartment with a 25 m² terrace has a separate entrance, a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV including internet radio. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a children's high chair, toys and children's books on request.

On your private open terrace equipped with comfortable seating, you can end the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the magnificent view of nature.

A supermarket is located a 4-minute drive (1.7 km) from the property, and 2 restaurants can be found a 5-minute drive or 1.6 km away. In 800 meters walking distance you can reach a bus stop. In winter you can also ski, and the nearest ski lift is 19 minutes away by car (15 km). On the Austrian side, the pretty lakeside town of Bregenz invites you to discover its varied cultural offer and its beautiful center after 15 minutes by car (13 km).

Voll ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist sehr modern ausgestattet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Man konnte sich sehr gut erholen und wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist alles sehr sauber, lichtdurchflutet, großzügig, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem ist man schnell überall. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder - auf alle Fälle eine sehr gute Empfehlung.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Man fühlte sich gleich willkommen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch mehr. Auch für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es ein Kinderbett sowie einen Hochstuhl und bei Ankunft eine kleine Überraschung zum spielen. Außerdem war in der Straße ein kleiner Spielplatz mit Panoramablick, den wir gerne besucht haben. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Lindau, jedoch ist die Stadt in ca 5 min Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Wir benutzten immer den Parkplatz P3, von dort konnte man direkt über die Seebrücke in Stadt laufen. Ein rund um gelungener Urlaub. Cons: Nichts negatives aufgefallen.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, sehr sauber, außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Hier fühlt man sich, wie zu Hause. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke, Familie Spähn, für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wer Ruhe sucht abseits der hektischen Zentren kann sich hier wohlfühlen.

Pros: Ruhe, Sauberkeit, hohe Wohnqualität, Vermieterin und Vermieter Cons: Wir waren in der Zwischensaison in der Wohnung, weil wir unsere eigene Wohnung umbauten. Wir konnten den Sitzplatz draussen wetterbedingt deshalb nicht nutzen.

Toller Bodensee Urlaub in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung, in der man alles hat!

Pros: In dieser Ferienwohnung wurde an alles gedacht, von der kaffeemaschiene bis zu den Spülmaschinentabs. Super nette Vermieter, die einen tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt in einer wunderschönen Wohngegend.
