Beautiful, Immaculate Bayside Home (CS0005)

Relax in this beautifully decorated, immaculate well-maintained home in a highly desired bayside area of Wellfleet. This ranch style home is a short distance to downtown, (.7 miles) the pier and Mayo Beach (.4 miles). From the front yard there is a peek of Wellfleet Harbor. The country kitchen has new appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the rooms. The living room has a large bay window which lets in an abundance of natural light with a view of the beautiful backyard. The dining area is also located in this large, spacious open area with a comfortable reading nook which allows you to unwind from a day at the beach. There is a full bath and a brand new 1/2 bath, and all three bedrooms are just off the large living room.

A door leads outside to a small private deck where you can relax and enjoy the lovely tree-lined backyard. Gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and outdoor seating.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens are not p.rovided

Great stay in Wellfleet. The house had great amenities for our family (laundry, outdoor shower, etc). Management was helpful and great to communicate with.
