Never again!
The house was clean. However,...
1. It wasn't made clear to us that the driveway and parking area were bordered on one side by a significant drop-off. What would prevent a car from accidentally going over the edge of the parking area and into that drop-off was merely a length of 2X2 that could easily be driven over - especially at night.
2. The parking area was very limited in size which made it challenging to maneuver two cars in it.
3. Given the above, one would think that, in anticipation of two cars returning from evening activities, it would be expected that the parking area was well lit.. In fact, it wasn't lit at all - not even minimally.
4. Prior to renting this house, we were not made aware of the fact that the path between the parking area and the house involved a number of steps of significant heights. Those steps made it difficult for someone with ambulatory challenges to traverse that walk way.
5. The lighting and ventilation in the bathrooms was inadequate.
6.The beds in the master bedroom were particularly and uncomfortably soft and non-supportive. The situation was such that consideration was given to going to a local lumber store and purchasing pieces of plywood to put under the mattresses to hopefully attain the reasonable support that was sought.
In summary, this house - both its presentation and the actuality of that rental - were disappointing to us. We will not be returning there.
