This beautiful home is located in a quiet Wellfleet neighborhood on almost an acre of wooded land. It is just a mile to one of Wellfleet’s best swimming beaches on Wellfleet Harbor. The house with a natural wood interior boasts four bedrooms all with window AC units and two full bathrooms. The first floor features an open kitchen which was renovated for the summer of 2024, a comfortable living area with a 42" TV, new couch, and split AC wall unit, and two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with twin bunk beds - two twin mattresses. The second level offers two more bedrooms, one with a king and the second with two twins. The two full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs, are spacious with a tub and shower in each.
Amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor dining, and wireless internet. The large deck and screened porch are perfect for evening barbecues and entertainment, fully equipped with indoor/outdoor furniture. 3 night minimums available for an additional cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include the cleaning fee.
Please note: Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.

Spacious & Peaceful
We love Wellfleet and loved our stay! There were five adults and one 3-year old child and there was more than enough room for everyone. My nephew loved the vacation house and couldn't stop talking about it, from the functional kitchen to the serene outdoor deck and the screened-in "clubhouse". I could sit on the outdoor deck all day long and watch the birds, it was so peaceful. The location was great as well, minutes to downtown Wellfleet, Mac's on the Pier & great ocean-side beaches. We went to Head of the Meadow beach almost everyday. Highly recommend!

Awesome House! Central location!
We walked to the Indian Neck Beaches, biked into town, drove to the National Seashore beaches! Young adult kids loved Provincetown. House was very comfortable, well supplied with beach gear, games, books, kitchen items. Outside space was outstanding - loved the deck & tea house!!
