Tastefully renovated, sweet condo on the marsh, with a waterview. Spacious two bedroom two floor condo, two decks with views, offers easy near-town, near-beach, living. Beautifully, yet comfortably, furnished, this home is ideal for sampling all Wellfleet has to offer! A short jaunt to Mayo Beach (.9m), close to town (.3m) for some afternoon shopping, close to scenic Uncle Tim's Bridge and the island, and next door to Mac's seafood for dinner. The location is ideal!
First floor: Step into the foyer, and then the dining area, which flows easily into the kitchen, where the kitchen island is the only separation between the lovely updated kitchen and the window-lined sitting area. This is the perfect area to unwind after the beach, enjoy the view, prepare your dinner. The adjoining room has the spiral staircase and a bonus twin bed, and the first floor full bathroom with a shower.
Up the spiral staircase and the second floor has two spacious bedrooms, one with a gorgeous view of the marsh, and there's the upstairs deck, which also has a view. Each bedroom is large and tastefully decorated. The full bath upstairs has recently been updated with a spacious shower and of course, another view! The owners provide beach chairs, towels, coolers, tennis rackets, linens, beach games and a beach umbrella.
Monthly rates available in the off-season.
