A beautiful family home with stunning views of the harbour from every room. Suitable for professionals or tourists visiting or attending events in Wgtn. Walking distance to the beach, central city, cafes & restaurants and Sunday market. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, office, 2 lounges, sep dining, gourmet kitchen, butler`s pantry, sgl garage. In a quiet neighbourhood, shared access path with steps. Close to nearby reserve & Mt Victoria lookout. Please note this is our family home. No parties.

Property was large with great views.Amenities were very good with oversupply of everything.However, it’s ONLY negative for us as a couple in mid seventies was the number of steep steps leading into property and the stairwell to bedrooms upstairs.The road leading up to property ,when walking ,was also an exercise.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The house and its view is an experience in itself. We spent a lot of time simply looking at the view. The house is comfortable and well appointed. You can easily walk to the city centre. Highly recommend.
