We booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, both rooms were dirty (wrappers, left-over food in one and used hygiene products in the other). We notified reception that we were out for dinner so the rooms could be cleaned. That did not happen.

All excellent. Very close to World of Wearable Arts although the receptionist couldn't direct us there. Room excellent. Awesome kitchenette and super comfy bed. Whole booing was very smooth.
