The reception area is lovely, clean and welcoming however, beyond the lifts is a different story. The room we were given first by the conference rooms was dark and dingy. Then suddenly we were moved ‘upgraded’ to the top floor. This room was bigger but not the cleanest and quite tired in appearance. The bed was comfortable and everything worked ok but the fan in the bathroom was noisy all night and the wind rattled through the air con vents. Staff were friendly enough. We had no qr code to scan for room service and it took 2 phone calls to get menus up to the room and the food, when it arrived was barely hot. We wouldn’t stay here again.
