Equipped with brand new black stainless steel appliances, cookware and dishes for all your cooking and entertainment needs. Tastefully decorated spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with vaulted ceiling wood panels floors and fire place for colder nights, 38-foot long loft overlooking the great room, pool and beyond.
The property is situated on 2 acres of land, horse trailers and trucks are welcome, plenty of parking space, no community restrictions.
Little Ranches is a secluded Equestrian community conveniently close to everything urban but far enough away to enjoy the serenity of country living, community is also a home to many equestrian ranch owners where some of them offer stables for rent in a walking distance from the property.
This community is located just minutes drive from WEF Winter Equestrian Festival and POLO Grounds.
All utilities, internet, wifi, lawn service, pool service, linens, towels, body wash and shampoo are provided.

Perfection!

This property offered something for everyone in a safe neighborhood and immaculate home. We enjoyed tons of golfcart rides, fishing, viewing farm animals, playing football on the expansive lawn, roasting marshmallows and soaking the sun on the back patio. Reading books on the porch swing added to the relaxation. We even purchased fresh eggs from a neighbor to add to the experience, too. The home had everything a family could need for a trip. The pool heater was broken, which was a bit disappointing (spring water was cold); however it is due to be fixed soon. The property manager was responsive and super pleasant. All four of our children cannot wait to go back -- parents, too! HIGHLY recommend!

Wellington stay

Our stay at the Wellington Equestrian community home was nothing short of perfection. The fully furnished property, with its private pool, cozy fire pit, and elegant decor, offered a luxurious retreat. The kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and a quartz countertop, was a dream for entertaining. What truly made our experience remarkable was the service provided by Norbert Czempinski. His dedication to our comfort and his knowledge of the area greatly enhanced our visit. Norbert's commitment to excellence is a rare find and greatly appreciated. The property's location in the serene Little Ranches, close to equestrian events, added to the charm and convenience of our stay. All amenities, including high-speed internet and pool service, were thoughtfully provided, making our visit carefree and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for its beauty, location, and the exceptional service provided by Norbert. A five-star experience we look forward to repeating.

Wonderful home in Little Ranches

We totally enjoyed our stay in this very nicely renovated, open concept home, in quiet Little Ranches area, Wellington. Home was very very clean. Pool was nicely enjoyed.
