This new, architecturally designed townhouse, just minutes from vibrant Cuba Street, has all the boxes ticked. With free garage parking, a security alarm system, super fast WIFI, state of the art appliances, free Netflix, two bathrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces - you can relax knowing your every need is taken care of! You are in easy walking distance to fabulous eateries, attractions, galleries, shopping and more, although with a home this good you may never want to leave! Enter the property on the ground floor via a sunny courtyard, or from the drive-in garage. The ground floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is in the garage, along with extra cupboard storage for larger items. On the first floor you will find the open plan living area with sofabed, TV, and balcony, plus dining and kitchen. Please note there is a surcharge ($20) for use of the sofa bedding. The top floor features a generous, sunny master suite with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite, with shower, vanity and toilet, is also accessible from the hallway which is convenient for guests staying in the second Queen bedroom (also on this level).
