Love the decor but we had to leave early without a refund as we couldn't sleep in the room. We had a studio room overlooking Cuba St. We stayed in early December and the weather wasn't particularly hot, but there is something about the rooms on that side of the building that makes them incredibly warm, even overnight. There is no aircon in the rooms so the only option is to keep the windows open at night. With the windows open, the blinds flap around letting noise and light from the street in all night (along with the clattering noise of the blinds blowing in the wind). So it was difficult to sleep even with earplugs in and after 2 nights we had to move to another hotel to be able to sleep. So I would strongly recommend not staying in the Cuba street side rooms during the warmer months, they might be fine in winter. It was a bit disappointing that this issue wasn't raised to us at check in - we were simply asked to 'pick a room' from the floor plan and when I asked what was different about the rooms I was told nothing. It may be that rooms on the non-Cuba St side might be better.

The hotel is really cool with an amazing bar and restaurant. Staff lovely and convenient location. However rooms so small you cant evven get changed in the bathroom. No air con just a fan so was extremely hotand stuffy making it hard to sleep. We were in a zest queen

The whole place was very clean including the room, bathrooms and restaurant. If you want a funky vibe this is the place for you. While not uber lux, the hotel is well appointed and the staff are great. I would highly recommend if you want a central Wellington that’s reasonably priced.

Naumi is a wonderful classy establishment with a sense of style. The staff are attentive and caring. The room was clean and neat and the resetting of the room was done promptly and with no fuss. The restaurant has delicious and inventive meals and drinks at a reasonable price. The location is nice and central with good access to other restaurants, retail and supermarkets.

Room is clean but not too spacious. Beds are comfortable. The toliet doesn't have a lock. You can go through the entrance at the vibrant Cuba St so it's very convinent and accessible to shops, restaurants and cafes. However it could be noisy at night.
