The complete window wall on both sides of the cabin will allow you to fully be at one with the nature surrounding you. Or close the curtains for ultimate privacy! Slide into the bubbly hot-tub and forget all your worries! Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake are approximately 45+ minutes from this very secluded property.

- Please Note: 4WD is HIGHLY recommended. Primrose is located up a long and steep gravel driveway. Please review drone pictures of the driveway to determine if this is doable for your vehicle. Limited parking.
- Very secluded location between Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake. Close to a multitude of adventuring opportunities such as hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, ziplining, boat tours and more! Natural Bridge State Park in Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake in Morehead, KY are both approximately 45 minutes away.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
