Room poorly maintained and not clean. Inconvenient - had to go to another property 140metres down the road to pick up key. The first time nobody came when I pressed doorbell. Came back later to pick up.

Old and tired. Needs total renovation. Would have been excellent in it's day. No teatowel or dishcloth. No plug for sink or handbasin. No lightbulb in beddide lamp. Bed comfy.

I didn't like staying here it needs up grading cleaner need to make sure everything is done but no U had to asked for towels rubbish to be emptied been their 7 days bedding wasn't changed at all the best thing was the shower not far to the shops free parking

Motel handy to Cook Straight frerry terminals - no towels in room (had to ring reception they supplied towels) - motel very dated. Bed was comfortable

Black marks on shredded old towels, shower cubical requires updating. Stained carpet. Drawers falling apart, mattress collapsed. No reception, Payment taken out through Expedia immediately prior to arrival and key collection. We booked for five nights only stayed for one. Be aware that rooms depicted on Expedia website are enhanced and nothing like reality. Roy.

The motel was very run down and no actual reception on site , upon arrival we saw a sticker on old reception door for us to go to another motel down the road to receive keys ( no heads up about this during booking ) , everything was closed up and looked uninviting , very basic cleaning ( stove dirty ) , we had 4 guests in a family suite and were only provided a hand towel ( no towels to shower with ) - it’s fine if your travelling on a budget and want to keep things basic , nice sized rooms etc but could do with a bit of TLC

Staff were super helpful when we stayed there for 4 nights. Our first night in our room the tv remote was not found then next morning staff offered us to move to another room which was helpful comfortable bed, tv with remote, clean room overall.

Broken window frame meant window couldn’t be closed or locked. Locked door could be opened with next to no force. Bed base was broken so bed was like a banana. Tv was unusable even for free to air tv. Wifi drops out continuously. Room was overall extremely rundown, outdated and easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed

We freaked out no one was at the office had to ring to find out whats going on to be told to drive up the road to another Motel to get the key and drive back. Was not informed we needed to do this. Every surface was sticky and yuck, pillows were what we wouldnt even call a pillow full stop. No hand towels or face cloths. Smoke detector was not in sight but hidden in a draw and Wi-Fi was useless kept cutting out was frustrating

Arriving 5.30pm had to go to another motel to get key to room get in room to find no bath towels or mat had to go back to get these from the other motel. towels had black grease type stains on them Had shower in the morning. the shower leaked all over bathroom floor and out into the kitchen area. the seals on the shower door had black mold all over them, other faults too numerous to mention. When returning the key we told them about the shower and we were told "oh don't worry about it" this motel should be. I believe. de-listed off your choice list for motels in that area
