Awesome view of the city from the top floor - enjoyed watching the boats and the weather. Spacious room with a good kitchenette. A short walk to the shops and restaurants down in the city, the offices on the Terrace and the university up on the hill.

Clean room, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, conveniently located. Regarding room upgrade, the room we received looked like what we booked (deluxe king), so I'm not sure we got an upgrade. Also, please tell clients about elevator access to level 1 for easier access to Lambden Quay. We discovered that on our own halfway through our reservation. It's easier and safer.

The room was very good, well laid out and real surprise to have a bottle of wine left in the room along with a hand written note of welcome. Very unexpected. The check in assistant though was very dour and unwelcoming although very efficient
