Kia Ora, Here is my feedback from my recent stay: • The bathroom sink was broken • The shower drain wasn’t working properly • There was no air conditioning • The parking situation was quite difficult • Most of the room’s fixtures and furniture were very low to the floor, which unfortunately caused some back discomfort However, I would like to mention that the customer service was lovely, and the view was beautiful. Thank you for your time and hospitality.

First impressions was a unique older but building! Staff were excellent, very friendly and very responsive to what we needed! Easy parking but $20 a day, we found that it was easier walking everywhere as everyone else were. Location very good as out of townish but store and restaurants only across the road! Special mention Young Shing Restaurant is amazing! Yummy fresh food with affordable prices$$ and only 1min across the road!!

This is a value based hotel and for its cost it didn't disappoint. But if you are expecting a high quality experience this is not for you. Room was in need to a refurbishment but it was clean. Often it is the clean that really matters

Hotel is ok, looking a little tired but clean, bed was a little mobile as it would move away from the wall when you sat in the bed and leaned against the wall with little effort. Main issue was the reception staff, seemed like she did not want to be there, not used to my credit card and id being thrown across the counter at me with as little interaction as possible.

Building very shabby. Room dilapidated. Loud hum noise. Alarm clock flashing 1:13 - broken. Above bed light - bulb gone. No plug by bed for phone charging. Was not a pleasant hotel room to be in. Inadequate heating for winter. No breakfast as promised when booking. But the king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean so had a nice hot bath
