People not knowing what a parking space is. Smoking weed outside their cabin and stinking ours out. The cabin was tiny but clean. Ac worked well. Unfortunately the toilet had a habit of running all night. All in all satisfactory.

Clean room and nice grounds.

The room was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed how dog-friendly it was. There were a lot of people that sat outside their rooms, enjoying the property. The mattress felt flimsy and the air conditioning cracked in a way that made it hard to get to sleep, but we thought the value was good and we had good access to beaches and restaurants.

The mattress was broken so was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. The room had a terrible musty smell. The utensils were sparse (no knives or mixing bowl). Felt it was overpriced.

Very well maintained, ground beautiful, rooms very clean and spacious, proximity to restaurants is ok. Would like a shuttle service provided by the hotel. Unfortunately it states that it is within the ogunquit trolley map, but it is not.

Property was clean and convenient to many activities in Wells, as well as the beach. We did not use the trolley, but the hotel is located on the trolley line. The room was basic, but sufficient. The AC and fridge were very loud though making it difficult to get a good nights sleep! The front desk clerk also notified us upon arrival that all rooms were pet friendly, so be aware if you have allergies!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and knew you by name. The pool was beautiful and clean. It’s in a middle location so quick to get to Wells beaches and Ogunquit. Will definitely come back.
