Brand new Five bedroom beachfront home on Moody Beach...Amazing location!

Our family cottage on Moody was one of the first five homes built on the beach back in 1913. A few years ago, our family suffered a fire at our 108 year old cottage which resulted in a total loss. I'm delighted we have now rebuilt the home with a nod to yesteryear, but with completely modernized features. Over four generations, we've shared many sunrises/sunsets and laughter as we've spent our time at this beachfront home. This house offers a magnificent location on Well's private Moody Beach, to enjoy summer days surfing, sunbathing or playing an intense game of whiffle ball. After a long day on the beach, retire to the back of the wrap-around porch for a Happy Hour filled with cocktails/appetizers and an amazing sunset on a large back deck.

This five bed, five bath beachfront home has tons of indoor and outdoor space to host up to 12 people. Three bedrooms each w/ ensuite on the 2nd floor. Two more bedrooms w/ a large shared bath and very large attic space with a pull out couch on the third floor. All beds are queen size.

We offer the house weekly from Monday to Monday, so enjoy a full weekend and miss all the typical turn day traffic.

We typically offer "first right to renew" to our existing guests, and many past guests have committed to their June/July/Aug weeks. This means if you don't see availability on VRBO, we are booked or using the home ourselves.

Space for 5 or 6 cars in the driveway.

The home's charm is felt the moment you walk up the steps to observe the gorgeous views of the Atlantic. We hope you enjoy!

Perfect vacation!

Loved our stay and Rick and his family were great hosts!!! You couldn’t ask for a more ideal location! House was adorable and the porch and view....omg....heavenly! The only negative thing I can say is that our week was far too short! I didn’t want to leave!!!!
