We're located across the street from beautiful Wells Beach on Atlantic Avenue, where you can enjoy a mile walk to the jetty or just relax by the water. Walk to the center of Wells in less than 5 minutes. There you'll find shops for the morning newspaper, coffee, food, ice cream, chocolates, gift shops and an arcade. No need to drive once you park your car! The unit features a QUEEN sized bed in the bedroom and a full-sized pullout couch in the living area. Enjoy the covered patio with your own table and chairs for your morning coffee or after a day at the beach with a glass of wine. There is one designated parking space in front of this first floor unit. The complex shares charcoal grills and picnic tables in the common area.
