This property is a standout for both location and charm. Located on desirable Atlantic Avenue, Happy Daze is perfectly nestled between the ocean and the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. You’re just steps to the beach from the front of the cottage and able to enjoy the cool breezes and beautiful sunsets from the marsh in the back.
Located directly across from Public Way #5, you can enjoy time in the surf and sand and long morning or evening walks along this pristine beach. The location boasts reduced beach traffic due to limited public parking.
This well-appointed beach cottage was recently re-decorated with tranquil coastal décor. It has a well-equipped eat in kitchen, freshly decorated bedrooms – two with water views. Outdoor seating area with firepit and gas grill. Beach chairs and handcart are available for guest usage, smart TV, high-speed wifi, and washer-dryer.
Located within walking distance are two popular take-out breakfast cafes, souvenir shop, candy store, arcade, and a casual eatery beachside. Within minutes-drive are mini-golf, Go-karts, movie theater, full-scale grocery store, gas station, drugstore, Reny’s of Maine department store, Wells Beach Lobster Pound for fabulous fresh cooked lobster, multiple restaurants, food truck park and local favorite, The Scoop Deck ice cream shoppe and Congdon’s Donuts. 6.3 miles to Ogunquit/Perkins Cove and 8.6 miles to Kennebunkport.

Clean and Character Beach Cottage

Tom's cottage is almost perfect -- very clean, comfortable beds, nice furnishings and a stone throw away from the beach. Tom's was super responsive with questions about the cottage utilities. Cottage is on the 2nd row from Wells Beach... very convenient to early morning walks on the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Our only wish is to have one more toilet/shower, and we would give Tom's cottage Happy Daze a perfect 10! Nevertheless, we highly recommend!
