Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure all used dishes are clean, dry and put away. Check the fridge and freezer. Non-perishables are ok i.e.: spices, coffee, tea etc. Sign out of any streaming apps.
Lastly check windows so that they are locked. All lights, fans, AC/heat, Tv are turned off. Safe travels home and Thank You for your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO SMOKING. The owner is asthmatic and will sense it on arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be aware of electric and energy use.
