Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private bedroom with its own full bathroom that's located in the bedroom. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/Heat. Comfy Queen sized bed with bedding linens, towels, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, toilet paper, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

The Bedroom and its full bathroom are private with the bathroom located inside the bedroom. Has a queen bed that's clean and refreshing. There is a mini-fridge in your room. There is plenty of natural light during the day from the windows and curtains for privacy.

There is no cleaning fee so I highly encourage guests if they are able to follow the easy 3 step check out procedure to help expedite turn overs so that guests can quickly check in after you.

Due to parking space limitations, if you bring more than one car, then please park your cars in back of each other instead of taking another parking space.
