Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade; helps cleaners see which beds were slept in. Place used towels inside of shower. Wash any dishes and let dry in strainer on counter.
Put any trash in outdoor red Jayco barrel on side of cottage.
Turn off all TVs and lights, leave key(s) on table in entry room or kitchen table. Please update Guest book with memories, great meal, fun story, and/or leave chalk note/drawing on brick wall!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I would recommend this location to anyone. It had everything you could need and was thoughtfully laid out and very clean. The appliances were not afterthoughts and the type you would have in your own house. No stove... but I wouldn't imagine you would need it. Note: it had a nice toaster oven and hotplate. It had 2 bedrooms on either side of the unit with 2 twin beds for our kids and a comfortable queen. The online images were accurate so you will be able to see it.The unit is in a great location to all the major southern Maine attractions. The main road with lots of restaurants was a short drive up the road and once on the road you could pick almost anything.The host house is attached to the VRBO, which was peace of mind if there was an emergency. Host was friendly but stayed out of the way. Cannot recommend enough the value for the money.
