Room was comfortable and clean. Improvements would be better pillows and also lights outside of the street level room,which we had, were not on after dark. .safety issue. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again

I cannot believe that you have such a beautiful area and I did not see one recycling container for bottles etc. The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs(if that is what they were) are not good!!

Advertises elevator when there isn’t one I am older and booked a room for 4 days Carrying bags up and down two flights of steps was awful Ended up falling down steps and fracturing my wrist Had two employees speak to me in 4 days. Will choose another hotel next time

We booked this to use the pool and restaurant. Be careful when booking the lodge vs the hotel. The pool was only open from 8-8 and we arrived At 815. The bed was not so good, sagging . Breakfast was just ok, limited items. Staff was ok. Place could use some upgrades. Better than camping. Location was convenient.

Pros: Modern hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean. Cons: Breakfast was nothing special. I would have liked a slightly nicer spread. We grabbed something else while on the road. Also, while we did not stay in the older part of the hotel. So, I don't know what that is like.

We stayed here at Penn Wells Lodge in the past to visit family and we really like the hotel. It fits our needs, its very clean and convenient, One thing we would like is to have a table or end table on the other side of the Queen bed next to the chair with a brighter light to read and to place your laptop on table with an outlet to plug in. (Pics of the hotel room had the table in between the 2 chairs?) There were 2 chairs with no table in between and lights were all dim except for the bath and entryway. Overall still nice place and i woild recommend.
