A run down hotel staffed by people who don’t want to be there and have no training in basic customer service. Breakfast was the worse setup of all Quality Inns I have been to. Never going back.

This hotel was not great. You walk in to check in and immediately you notice the threat of fines if you have a pet in their non pet rooms,They highlight the pool and hot tub in their amenities, but of course, neither were working. The fruit at breakfast was over rip

Very clean property. I liked that the rooms faced inward away into a patio away from the street noise. While not the property's fault, the surrounding streets, including the main street, weren't walkable at night, dark except for the casinos' neon billboards. Also there were many flies in the lobby area at breakfast. A fan pushing the air out when opening the door to the lobby would be helpful. Lastly, and most importantly, the cement stairs to the second floor need to have a structual review. One step leading up to our room is ready to break. A warning should at least be posted while you decide on a solution. The pool and jacuzzi seemed very nice. We also appreciated the help from the front desk regarding directions.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. The building is aging and some parts show it. The staff is friendly.

The room was tired. Only 1 chair to sit in. Flies in the room and ants in bathroom area. Shower head pipe was loose in wall and hot water was intermittent. Only saving grace was bed was comfortable. My husband called it a dump

The room itself was ok. The rest of the property was a dump. Check-in curt and unfriendly. No elevator. Stairs dangerous and loose. Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay there again.

Giving it a second thought on a next time.

This is our regular half-way-there lodging on our travels to visit family. We have stayed 6/8!times. We stayed 2 times in ten days this month, going and returning. Each visit this month had issues. Both times lamps and clocks were not working in our room. On investigation we discovered they were unplugged. Why??? It required us to crawl around on hands & knees to plug them in. One had us reaching under the bed to reach the outlet. Each visit the in-room coffee was not stocked. First time no coffee, second time no tray to insert pod into machine. First time NO working ice machines or any available through front desk. Second time at least one machine was working. It is a relatively quiet location. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has choices, though this time the oj was “ out of order”. It would seem housekeeping needs better training or a checklist before exiting the room.

When pulling up to the building it looks like a third world country prison. Grungy and unkept. While walking through the hallways, same feel. The positive.....Inside the lobby is inviting and clean. Gentleman behind the desk was helpful and very friendly. Once inside the room, very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night time. To save a few dollars and avoid the smell of the casinos, I would stay here!

A few years ago, I would always stop at this hotel. I always felt like it was very clean and well run. This stay was different. I was put in a very noisy room with only one large towel. The sheets were 100% polyester… Very uncomfortable. The plumbing clearly needs to be worked on. When I first turned on the bathwater, it came out reddish, like the pipes were rusted and not used. The shower went from hot to cold and back again several times as I was trying to shower. It was kind of a disappointment.

Was a little skeptical at first seems a bit run down from the outside but the check in was very fast and our room was super clean. The beds and sheets were probably the softest ones I’ve ever felt at a hotel. I was very pleased with my stay

For the price we payed this offers good value for money with a great selection from breakfast. Was a little disappointed to find the pool and hot tub shutdown for the season but overall we were pleased with the comfort of the room.

Heavenly sleep in a not so heavenly hotel

I wish I could give this 5 stars bc I have never slept so comfortably in a hotel before! The bed and pillows were like clouds and there was minimal noise all night long. The reasons for not giving excellent my rating, very strong smell of Fabulouso cleaner everywhere, hair all over the bathroom and sink, AC is out dated so very loud and the pool could be tested for bio hazard or cancer curing anti bodies!! The food was a typical hotels hot meal so nothing to brag about. Staff was friendly enough. I will go back to this hotel in the future bc you just can’t put a price on good sleep I just wish they would fix the small issues.
