Wohnung war sehr schön, die Anlage herum könnte gepflegter sein.Freie Parkplätze sind mangelware.Alles in allem war es okay.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm in einem super komplett eingerichteten Appartement. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Parksituation da kein dem Appartement zugeordneter Stellplatz zur Verfügung steht.

Das Gelände ist stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung ist ok. Alles, was man zum Wohnen und kochen braucht, ist da. Das Bett ist super! Ein Highlight ist der Balkon, der den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt.

Leuchtturmblick 1 - Alles, was Du brauchst

Von außen macht der Wohnblock, der damals für die Segel-Olympiade 1972 gebaut wurde nicht viel her. Im Innenhof steht die Ruine einer Sporteinrichtung und eine Kneipe täte der Anlage sicher gut. Kommen wir aber nun zum Zimmer. Die Größe ist angesichts der Miete in Ordnung. Es ist sauber, das Bett ist bequem und in der Küchenzeile fehlt eigentlich auch nichts. Der Herd enthält sogar zwei induktive Kochplatten. Die kleine Spülmaschine ist auch praktisch. Das Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche ist sehr ordentlich. Fast das Beste ist der Balkon. Er liegt praktisch den ganzen Tag im Schatten und man hat einen netten Blick auf die Ostsee und den Bootshafen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit nach Stein zum Strand, der zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts nie zu voll war. Was ich zur Wohnanlage meinte, gilt auch für die benachbarten Orte Stein und Wentdorf: es gibt zu wenig Restaurants, Kneipen, Cafés usw. Wenn man diesbezüglich was erleben möchte, muss man schon ins nahe Laboe ausweichen, wo alles geboten ist, was man (bzw. wir) benötigt. Mein Fazit: Die Unterkunft hält alles, was sie verspricht. Über das Äußere kann man hinwegsehen, wenn man sich im Zimmer aufhält. Sie ist ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

hervorragend!

Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet und super sauber. Alles ist einwandfrei in gutem bis neuem Zustand und nicht abgewohnt. Die kleine Küche ist super bestückt mit allem was man braucht, elektronsicher Durchlauferhitzer, Induktionsherd usw.
