Ein Bäcker ist im EG direkt unter der Wohnung, auch ein Fahrradverleih ist im gleichen Gebäude. Feinkost Meyer, Budni, ein kleiner Edeka und ein weiterer Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar in unmittelbarer Nähe. In max 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Leider gibt es keine Ladesäule direkt am Gebäude. Dafür ist eine Superchargerstation von Ionity auf dem Parkplatz von Feinkost Meyer zu finden und eine normale Ladesäule vor der Touristeninfo.

Wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne FeWo. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Da das Schlafzimmerfenster zur Hauptstrasse und der Anlieferungszone liegt, ist es ab morgens früh etwas laut, wenn man mit geöffnetem Fenster schläft.
