Die Fewo Mittelweg 9 App2 haben wir über die Jahre nun zum 4. mal besucht. Der Gesamtzustand wurde über die Jahre nicht nur gehalten, er wurde durch die Modernisierung des Bades und die Erneuerung der Wohnzimmermöbel sogar verbessert. Kürzlich wurde auch renoviert und die Türen neu lackiert. Wir sind gerne hier

Die Wohnung muss ingesamt einmal überprüft werden. Eine Türklinke (Schlafzimmer) war lose und wir hatten sie jeden Nacht in der Hand. Diverse Leuchtmittel waren defekt (Schlafzimmer, Treppenabgang). Das Geschirr in der Vitrine war zum Teil verstaubt, die einzige Pfanne so starkt beschädigt, dass sich offensichtlich die Beschichtung löste und wir die Pfanne nicht brauchen konnten. Wenn hier nachgebessert wird, ist die Wohnung einfach herrlich. Der Service SAS sowieso toll :-) vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Objekt ist sehr gut. Im Umkreis von 300m liegen Strandpromenade, Dorfteich, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomieangebote und ÖPNV. Leider ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer freundlich und das Bad im Keller modernisiert. Das Schlafzimmer im Keller ( mit Lichtschacht ) und das zweite Bad sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Betreuung ders SAS war hilfsbereit und professionell.
