Then this beautiful property is just the thing!In a fantastic dune location, the apartment is on the upper floor of a small residential complex. The beach is no more than 2 minutes away on foot. The cozy living room, equipped with cable TV, DVD player and stereo, as well as a sitting area with a sofa bed invites you to linger. The fitted kitchen offers a ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave and all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking. The shower room is new and modern. There is a parking space for your car in the restricted courtyard. It couldn't be closer to the beach. Our apartment is located directly on the dune in Wenningstedt. This apartment in the immediate vicinity of the beach is protected behind the Vordüne on Wenningstedter Strand. This apartment is the perfect vacation home for your next Sylt vacation. Quickly on foot on the beach or by bike, extended tours to Braderup in the heath or to the mudflats in Munkmarsch, for shopping in Kampen or in the bird bunk for a coffee. Everything is possible and easy to reach from here. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
