A dining area for 4 people is integrated. The kitchen is locked and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. The large terrace with a beach chair and furniture offers sun all day and tempts you to breakfast in the morning. In the basement is the bedroom with a large window and wardrobe, as well as a spacious shower room. Of course, a parking space belongs to the apartment.
