This spacious country home sleeps up to 10, featuring five bedrooms, cosy living areas, a fireplace, and outdoor entertaining with BBQ and fire pit, perfect for relaxing weekends or memorable group getaways. Located moments from Exeter Village, this is the perfect family escape to unwind in the gorgeous Southern Highlands.

Whether you are planning a weekend getaway, a family gathering, or a special celebration with friends, this home is designed to bring people together while still offering room to unwind.
From the moment you arrive, you will feel the calm. Surrounded by nature, mature trees, and wide open skies, this is a place where mornings are slow, evenings are cosy, and every moment feels like a true escape from the everyday.
The home is spacious and thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups. It features multiple well appointed bedrooms with comfortable bedding, generous living areas, and large windows that fill the home with natural light while showcasing the surrounding landscape. A cosy indoor fireplace creates the perfect setting for relaxed evenings during cooler months.

ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. However we only allow pets weighing up to 10kg. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please follow the rules below when bringing pets:
- Pets are not permitted on any furniture or beds.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times outdoors. There is a lot of protected wildlife in the are for everyone’s enjoyment, so this is for their safety and yours. Our property is also not fully fenced.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*The 2 single beds can be converted into 1 king bed. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like them converted.
