The apartment 3 in 1. Upstairs and has a size of 110 m². You have 1 large living room with about 24 m², 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The big fridge is with sep. Freezer compartment.
An extra dining room is available next to the kitchen.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a 2. Shower (without WC) can be rented. From 5 paying persons both showers are available and are included in the rent.

2 bedrooms have a double bed, one of them with an additional upholstered bed.

1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds.

The living room has a three-seater (can also be used as a sofa bed and 2 two-seater, extendable coffee table, color TV with over 30 programs and a desk.

Excellent for a visit to the Harz

It’s a good place with enough room for a family and an ideal location within Wernigerode. It’s a couple of minutes away from one of the different stations of the Harzer Schmalspurbahnen, the city centre and multiple supermarkets which makes it easy to go about your day with or without a car.

Zentral gelegen

Unsere FeWo ist 10 gemütliche Gehminuten vom Marktplatz entfernt. Super Lage, 100 m gibt es Einkaufsmöglickeite und einen Sonnagsbäcker. Die Brockenbahn ist auch nicht weit und fährt sogar auf Sicht am Fenster vorbei. Es war ein toller Urlaub, viel zu kurz, für das, was wir alles gern gemacht hätten. Wir waren voll zufrieden und können nur weiter empfehlen.

Lage ist nahe des Ortskerns, insofern kann hier auf das Auto verzichtet werden. Freundlicher Vermieter. Wohnung sehr sauber. Von der Geschirrspülbürste bis zur Kaffeemaschine alles vorhanden.

Alles gut. Unkomplizierte Übergabe bei an und Abreise.

Das Zentrum von Wernigerode ist gut zu erreichen, man kann dahin zu Fuß gehen. Wenn mann etwas weiter möchte ist alles mit den Bus zu erreichen, der gleich vor der Tür abfährt. Das einzige, was ein wenig schlecht ist, dass nicht jede Person eine eigen Bestätigung zur bezahlten Kurtaxe erhält. Es gibt nur eine Quittung für alle Personen zusammen. Damit müssen immer alle zusammen etwas unternehmen um die möglichen Vergünstigungen nutzen zu können, welche man damit haben kann. Da es, wie es bei uns war, auf Grund des Alters auch unterschiedliche Interessen gibt, kann nur der die Vorteile nutzen, der die Quittung mtführt oder mit eben dieser Person unterwegs ist.

Alles, was es braucht

Eine sehr saubere, großzügig möblierte, gut ausgestattete und geräumige Ferienwohnung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum Wernigerodes entfernt. Bushaltestellen vor dem Grundstück. Trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen, fanden wir. Ein- und Auschecken reibungslos. Würden wir gerne wieder buchen.

Es war alles wie beschrieben.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Wernigerode. Die Unterkunft war Zentrumsnah,so das wir alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen konnten. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und die Wohnungsgröße war wie in einem Einfamilienhaus. Das einzige Manko war,das wir nur einen Schlüssel hatten.Dies könnte mal nachgebessert werden.Vielleicht wäre eine 2. Toilette auch noch möglich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und das Wetter hatte auch mitgespielt.Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende und vielleicht sehen wir uns mal wieder.
