Apartment 'Obrighoven' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our new, cozy vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of Wesel, in a quiet cul-de-sac, right next to the Hohe Mark nature reserve. It is approx. 90 m² in size, has a large balcony and offers plenty of space for 4 people.



There are 2 bedrooms:

A smaller one with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00m sleeping area), chest of drawers and small closet. The second bedroom is very spacious with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00m), large closet and small sideboard. Here is also an access to the balcony, which extends over the entire width of the house (approx. 10 x 1.20m) and offers a view of the beautiful garden.



The living room is just as large and comfortably furnished. There is an inviting couch, a rocking chair and a flat-screen TV. A well-stocked bookshelf invites you to read. There is also access to the balcony here.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: Oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, egg boiler, coffee pod machine (Senseo), toaster. There is also a washing machine. The dining table offers space for 4 people.



The small shower room is, like the entire apartment, completely renovated and will be completed at the end of 2020.



Although the apartment is located outside Wesel city center, there are various restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, banks, doctors and a hospital in the immediate vicinity. The Hohe Mark nature reserve is right next door, where you can take long walks or go cycling. The city center is approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle. There is also a bus stop nearby, from where there are direct connections to the city center.



Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Unfortunately, pets are also not allowed.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
