Nur dass es sich bei diesem Objekt um ein Haus MIT See handelt. Auf einem opulenten Wassergrundstück gelegen, stellt dieses Haus eine seltene Gelegenheit dar. Es verkörpert Exklusivität und Raffinesse gepaart mit außergewöhnlichen Ausblicken.



Die Villa in Wesel bietet auf 200 m² drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer für bis zu 6 Personen. Genieße den freien Blick auf den See von der überdachten oder offenen Terrasse, während du den Grill anwirfst. Nach einem aktiven Tag entspannst du in der privaten Sauna oder erfrischst dich unter der Außendusche.
