Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off all AC’s and leave the remote where you found it.
Please move deck cushions in and leave them where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hot tub: Please adhere to posted rules. Supervise children, no jumping/ glass/ food near the hot tub. Hottub will remain closed from Oct 24- March25
BBQ Grill:After grilling, kindly turn off the grill and ensure patio doors are closed. Please clean the grill to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
Exterior Security Cameras Present. There are security cameras at all entrance points . No indoor cameras.
