The renovated sun-filled home has contemporary furnishings, hardwood floors, an open floor plan and extensive gathering spots, both inside and out. All rooms have elevated westerly water views of the boat traffic on Townsend Gut.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling with recessed lighting and fan, two couches and swivel chairs to enjoy the view, and a game table . The family room features a sectional sofa and a 42` TV as well as a game table, all with deck access. The kitchen with new refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, double sink and countertops is well-equipped for vacation cooking. The dining area has a large dining table and access to the extensive deck which is equipped with a grill, dining table and chairs. Steps leading down from the deck lead to the landscaped yard and perennial gardens.

The home offers 3 bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The airy master suite has a king bed, raised ceiling with fan, a bistro table and chairs, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub/shower and a large vanity. The second bedroom is on the main floor and has a full size bed with ceiling fan. It shares an ensuite bathroom with the third bedroom which has two twin beds.

Other amenities include a laundry room with new washer and dryer, complimentary wifi, and parking for up to four cars, including two in the attached garage.

The home is located on scenic Juniper Point, a 5 minute drive from downtown Boothbay Harbor and the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. The historic Juniper Point Community House and its four tennis courts are a 2 minute walk; local beach access is a 5 minute walk in one direction, with the Thorpe Preserve and the public boat landing 5 minutes away in the other direction. The Maine State Aquarium is located at the end of the Point, a 15 minute walk and a favorite viewing spot for local fireworks. The Boothbay Region Land Trust headquarters and trails at Oak Point Farm are nearby as well.
