First floor laundry is conveniently located in the breezeway between the kitchen and sun room. Separate dining area with picture window. Other amenities include internet, TV, cable, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, lawn furniture, and a picnic table. Large back yard with park bench.
Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!
