Guests have access to the entire house except for one locked utility closet and there is no access to the attic stairs.
Other things to note
✹ Since the property is located in a residential neighborhood, we expect all guests to follow the neighborhood quite hours from 10pm to 7am.
✹ The home cameras are on the exterior front of the house for our and our guest's peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house or in any common areas.
✹ The indoor fireplace is not operational during the summer season.
✹ Primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years of age and be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
