Desirable West Harwich location with 6 Bedrooms and 6 Full bathrooms + 2 half baths Sleeps 12. The perfect spot for your family summer get together. Did you ever have a rental that just didn't give you enough space and privacy ? Well look no farther. This charming summer rental offers 6 updated bedrooms all with private baths, and most with there own TV, a fully equipped commercial kitchen with space to prepare either a gourmet meal or something simple for the whole family. The refrigerator space alone is something you won't see anywhere else.

There is a dining room just off the kitchen, plus a seating area in the kitchen for guest to sit and converse while you cook your meals. The parlor is just off the dining area with a TV along with a separate room where you can enjoy a friendly game of pool. You wont need to worry about having things to do in the house because the outside is where you will have the most fun.

Being outside is what its all about when your on your summer vacation and for those that aren't beach goers, they will love the fabulous Tiki Bar with plenty of seating and hot and cold running water. Next to the bar is a large side area for playing games, corn hole, or just being lazy. The front deck on the house will give you some shade from the hot sun and you can watch the world go by knowing you are renting a wonderful Olde Time Cape Cod house. Its like having your own B&B to yourself. Imagine the memories you can make with the kids in this amazing summer rental.

The beach is only a couple miles from the house, so bring your bikes if you want to explore all the town has to offer. There is a large back yard and plenty of parking and more room to run around with the kids. This rental is close to many Cape Cod amenities such as Nantucket Sound beaches, plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, unique stores, Harwich Junior Theater, & so much more.
