The room was never cleaned. The room was flooded while we were in it and when we reported it, staff alerted us that they know the room was flooded when it was assigned to us but they thought we were only going to be in the room one night not for our entire stay. Our room key kept being disabled and we were continually asked about checking out but were booked for several days, which was prepaid but they kept trying to recharge us.

Housekeeping came in the room at 8 am the lady at checkin desk was rude ...dead bigs in bathroom pd for a king siz bed n got 2 full size beds. No remote for tv n was told they didnt have any

Overall the property was in very poor condition. The room when you first walk in smells like mildew. We stayed for 3 nights and each morning we woke up. There was no continental breakfast. There was not even sugar and cream there for the coffee. The cereal was stale, and Overall, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
