There was a sign up saying “will be back in twenty minutes” and I was waiting around past that time. And there is no telling how long the sign was up before I arrived. It’s late at night, I paid in full online & my daughter is sleepy. I will not be back !

Well for one my reservation wouldn’t show up and even tho I showed the guy my receipt he wouldn’t put me in a room I had to call you guys just to finally at 3am say he could give me a room but I had to be up at 5am n e ways so I pretty much spent 70$ for no reason at all I’m kinda upset about the money feel like they should give me another room for the night but this particular hotel is bad about service

It had roaches in it and when I complained about it. I couldn't get my refund back. So I just lost out. Cause I wasn't standing there. I recommend you not to stay there.
