We really enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was large, quiet, and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything you would need. The property itself is great, with a large gym, pool, hot tubs, and right on the lake.The living room and kitchen area are air-conditioned, but the bedrooms did not appear to be. However, there were fans in the bedrooms. My only complaint regarding this unit would be the TV, which was older - not a smart TV. We would’ve liked to have watched Netflix and Prime etc.The property manager was not very helpful at check-in (no info provided regarding check-in procedure or where everything was etc.), but I understand she was substituting in for someone else. The owner was available and responsive when we contacted him.

Beautiful condo on the third floor. Very clean. Kitchen very well-appointed. Nice bedding and comfortable mattresses. Nice bathrooms. Spacious balcony with table and chairs shaded by trees and looking over orchard beyond. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in living room. Top floor stays cool with A/C if blinds closed during the day. Easy walk to pool. Easy check-in. Would definitely recommend.

This resort is great with many amenities. Our kids loved the pool and beach. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We liked the close proximity to great wineries, fruit farms and easy access to the highway. The only thing I would suggest is to add blackout blinds or curtains to the bedrooms. Otherwise it was a great stay, we will definitely be back.

This condo is in a great location. The owner was super responsive when messaging. I gave a four star instead of five as the person who met us with keys rushed us upstairs to rattle off a few things and left minutes later, making us feel as though we were taking up too much of her time.The condo was clean, well layed out, beds were very comfy, however the main showers water pressure was so low we could get it to work. Thankfully the second bathroom had no issues. Also, the building required a key fob to enter the parkade from the stairwell which was very inconvenient when leaving the last day. It took some manoeuvring of opening the door, having someone wait there to hold it open, run the key fob back up stairs so that we could leave it in the room and then back down. So a bit weird and unsafe if there were a fire. Everything else about the stay was wonderful. Aside from these few minor things, we had a great time and loved the stay.

An excellent condo in a great resort

Overall this was a great unit - top floor, which I like, and very quiet. The balcony faces the trees and fields, which I actually think is very relaxing (as opposed to staring at the pool). The AC was fantastic and thank goodness for that, since it was hot in Kelowna during our stay. The only downside of the unit was the size of the bed frames - huge - relative to the rooms themselves. We walked into them repeatedly right at hip level. The beds themselves were very comfortable. All in all a great stay - I recommend.

Kelowna Beach Vacat

Condo was safe and secure. The balcony was great to enjoy relaxing with our morning coffee. We enjoyed Kelowna’s farmers’ market, wineries and great food. The only complaint we have is we were unable to get the grill working so cooked inside. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful condo! Lovely outdoor pool with warm water and good sized hot tub. Beach was lovely. Balcony was quiet and comfortable - located on far side of condo. Unfortunately the suite was not ready when we arrived for check-in and no compensation was offered.

One deep clean away from perfect!

Overall, location is perfect if you’re looking for a resort stay. Beds were comfy and the balcony is large enough for four to six adults. There is definite room for improvement in the cleaning department though. It had a feeling like nobody had been stayed there in a month. For example, dust on window sills, the floor wasn’t cleaned under the furniture, if you moved anything crumbs and dust showed up, we had to sweep cobwebs and debris off the deck, and the fridge handles were grimy. Overall stay was great, and I would book this place again, but would hope the owner investigates the cleaning situation.

Great family lake vacation!

grateful stay was excellent, kids loved all the resort amenities of pool, hot tub, lake and boating. Tyler is an excellent host and everything from checkin to checkout went smoothly. The condo was great and well stocked, had all the things you need. We found the A/C for the complex a bit underwhelming, so we were grateful Tyler had fans in all the bedrooms to Supplement. All in all we had a wonderful stay and will be back.supplement.

August Stay

Overall our stay was good. Barona Beach is our favourite place to stay in Kelowna. The condo was good for our family, however there were a few issues with cleanliness ( the duvets could use a thorough cleaning) and one shower was not really usable as one of the glass doors was broken and the remaining door was hanging and swaying making it a safety hazard for anyone using that shower. The 5 of us used the other shower which was an inconvenience. It would have been nice to know about this issue prior to our stay so we could have decided whether or not we wanted to stay in a different unit. A shower curtain and rod could have also been a nice temporary solution until the door was fixed. These issues were brought to the management company’s attention during our stay.

Barona Beach Condo

Con: gym equipment needs update, water pressure is low throughout the unit, water temperature is not high enough, parking stall has a low clearance for SUV with Thule (need to move car in order to open Thule, though parking in stall with Thule is fine). Pro: bed is very comfortable, quiet location, top floor, supply of basic condiments and cleaning supplies, air conditioner works well, umbrellas and chairs by the outdoor pool, well maintained grounds, quick access to elevator, underground parking, on site security. It was also very nice to have a local PM to meet us in person and to show us to the parking and unit. Overall, the property and unit is quite nice, family friendly, and I would definitely recommend it to others. PS. Google map needs to be updated to show main entrance of the property rather than the building number, as that took us to a neighboring property behind the condo.

Perfect summer getaway

Our apartment was set on the back row away from the pool. A two bedroom property with views over fields behind. A spacious and comfortable apartment. It was well equipped for laundry, cleaning, cooking and entertaining family for meals. Nice modern feel but with homey furniture. Very comfortable beds. We overall really enjoyed the apartment. There were just a couple of minor issues with the plumbing but otherwise a perfect holiday home. We would definitely stay again. The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for a week or two in future.

The condo was really nice but could have been cleaner. Crumbs and bits on counter, in stove, on table and on floor. Balcony table was filthy. Electrical outlets weren’t working in both bedrooms. Management company did finally resolve this issue but kept sending electrician?/worker to condo without notice and we were out. It’s not reasonable to text “they are there now” to someone on vacation. And we did appreciate the offer to come over at 930pm but kids are in bed. Also on the listing plus two other emails check out time was 1100. We got an email from management company 2 days before checkout stating checkout time was 1000. I emailed the company with screen shots of the 1100 time. No response. We did try to get out by 1000. My husband was picking up last minute things at 1010 and a cleaner let herself in. Great vacation but the management company could have communicated better. No fault of the owner, I would consider going back. Enjoyed beach and pool!

Beautiful Place

Loved the condo, pool and access to the lake very beautiful. The only problem would be bring a boat or seadoo with parking. Look into somewhere to have it stored. Other than that we enjoyed everything!!!
