We got room around 11pm and get ready to rest but the room temperature is only 18.5c. We spent few minutes but still get the cold wind. We went to reception for seeking help, a staff came to reset for many times and told us to give machine for 15 minutes to restart to switch from cold wind to hot wind. We couldn't do anything just waiting. After 10 minutes, the heater has the noise like a tractors, loud and has dadada noise. We have to go to reception second time, another staff came in and said it didn't sound right. He started to switch us to another room. It's already 12:10am when we finally settled down in the new room. We're not paying a motel price we paid $235 per night to have the bad experience.
