Room heat off on arrival (48 degrees in room). Took all evening to thaw out mattresses. Next day staff turned off heat while we were out. Room 58 degrees upon return in evening.

The staff was phenomenal. This place was so nice. Everything was close by. You could tell the rooms had been recently renovated. They have free board games for those nights when we didn’t want to go out and fight the cold. We stayed 6 nights and found Quality Inn was much more affordable and better than the other hotels around the area. We will be coming back here when we come back to visit family! Quiet, affordable and comfortable!

Very run-down hotel. It’s not Quality Inn standard rather a motel level. Our two double beds are not same, one is higher than the other, one is softer than the other. Not comfortable. Breakfast is super limited. The location is super convenient.
