LAYOUT :
The accommodation at ground floor consists of open plan living area with dining, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and one bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom. Two patio doors leading to a very spacious semi covered veranda enable you to dine outside.

From the veranda you can reach the stone paved pool area (in the same level) and the BBQ.
The Private Pool ( 4m x 9.5m ) with large pool steps is equipped with sun loungers, outside shower and has professional maintenance.
The view from the pool is breathtaking and there is full privacy in the pool area.

An internal staircase leads on the upper floor of the villa where you will find the master bedroom with double bed and full bathroom with shower. The bedroom has direct access to a front veranda with amazing sea views, as well a rear spacious veranda with mountain and sea view is also available in this floor.

The living area has two patio doors, two windows and the entrance door.
The twin bedroom has one patio door and back door. The double bedroom has three windows and one patio door. The rear veranda in upper floor offers shade in the afternoon.
